Hi! My start up investment company is in need of transactional funding. Our purpose is to buy distressed properties at 70% or less MAO, rehab and sell at fair market value. I am looking at a specific property that has a ARV of 355k + and asking price is 194,400, which I believe I can get much lower. The repair cost estimate is 60k leaving 100k + in net profits. I have invested all personal funds getting where I am today and am in need of some help getting this off the ground.
