My Company has acquired an investment fix and flip with a first lien balance of $190,000.  The ARV is $405,000 and we are in need of about $55,000-$60,000 to complete the renovation process that will take 4-5 weeks.  This rehab loan will be repaid upon settlement of the property re-selling which currently we have an exit strategy of 6 months or less.  Please contact me asap if interested!  I have excellent personal credit as well, all 3 scores are 735.
