                 I think we spoke a while back on the phone, I have a multi-unit property that's due to close in 10 days and I have not herd back from the underwriter, I'm getting very worried and concerned about the lack of communication. I have sent countless e-mails and I'm not getting a response.

I need to know how fast can you guys close on a deal? if I don't hear anything from Global property group can I just hand the deal to you? I have all the paper work.
