My name is Antoine Anderson with South End Capital. We are Correspondent Lender for the program, Minimum Loan amount is $500K up to $50M, need a minimum value per property of $50K. Minimum Properties are 5 to 500. Up to 75%. Great rate at 5% to 7%, 5 to 10 year fixed, 30 year amortiztion. Par to 1 point in pricing. Foreign Nationals Loans on the program also available.
