Hi John, he has started looking but hasn't zeroed in on one yet since he feels he can't until he knows he has funding in place.  He doesn't have an LLC yet so that makes it harder.  I'm trying to get him to understand that it's property based so he really needs to give the details of the property he's looking at in order to get the funding he needs.  When I find out more details I'll post again.  Thanks!! -Nichole
