Equity Investment Opportunity in 2 or 3 existing full operating Hotels in Austria each Hotel with a long positive operating history and top management in charge and with audited financials to interested Investors.Capital needed $29,5MM + full Prospectus BP will be sent upon request. (Silent or recorded equity partner within the UK based Ltd, with a secured annually paid interest (Dividend)Cap Rate of 4% up to 7%

As Collateral will be a lien on the Hotels - we will pay not any advance payments of any kind and will not buy anykind of a insurance bond policy.
 
At this time, the Company is seeking to sell up to 60% +equity interest in the hotels for the requisite capital sought in this prospectus (BP). The investor(s) will also receive a seat on the board of directors and a regular stream of dividends Cap Rate, starting in the first year of operation of 4% up to 7%. Each Equity investor will be secured through a lien on the hotels and this will be recorded within the hotels Land Registry

To move forward we will need an executive summary with proforma or actual income statement for 3-5 years, use of funds statement and exit strategy showing timeline for repayment along with bio/resume of Principal and their team.

 “If there are no funds available to cover project cost and principals expects the lender to pay the necessary cost to determine if the project is lendable, close and fund the project and get their expenses from the loan proceeds then no one I know of can help you.”   I have 28 years experience in this industry and have never seen that happen with lenders in the US, Western Europe or anywhere else.
