We're Seeking long OR bridge loan in order to purchase Multifamily with high Cap rate.

The loan must be in second position while the down payment will be financed by the seller as an Owner financing  - It's means we're Seeking to caver 100% of the purchase cost except closing costs and De diligent. (Of course we are talking about properties with high cap rate and an excellent ratio of DSC and may be in some of the purchases even the required funding will be low as only 20%-40%)while the balance will be 60-80% Owner financing).

I'm open to hear suggestions and ideas that can help us work together, including equity position option
