Equity Partner Needed

Currently have a deal under contract with a 19% cash on cash return and a 2.1 debt coverage. Looking for a equity partner to help fund deposit and closing costs. 75k is needed and i will offer 50% of monthly profits and 50% of equity. Respond to [e-mail] if your interested.
