Non-Profit seeking Funding

There are more than 2-million children on the streets at the moment. We want to buy homes to rehouse them, but as a Non-profit we can't touch loans or any other form of credit. If anyone has a way to "borrow" the funds so we don't touch the money, our bank says they can do the rest.

I'm open to ideas, guys. We've been chasing our tails on this for almost six months.
