The finances will be used to buy a couple of multi family houses in Detroit. The houses are currently occupied with good cash flow and are in decent neighborhoods.
As collateral I will offer up my current rental property valued at $35-40K

I am a Canadian, living in Canada.
I own a rental property in Detroit, free and clear. I bought it a few years ago
I do not have a US citizenship, nor do I have a US green card.
I currently have an LLC on the rental property.
I also have a fantastic property manager from HomeRun Homes, Louis Williams. He has been terrific.
