Not only do I lend in NJ, but you don't need your real estate license or a NMLS license to submit this loan to get paid. If you'll be doing business in/around NJ, then PA, VA, CT, RI, MD, and MA also don't need any licensing. I appreciate and prefer experienced or licensed real estate professionals so I don't have to do a lot of hand holding. However, I will train if needed.
