Hi Alex,

I get this same response a lot.  However, this is all TRUE.  We can do 1-4 unit Residential (SFR, Condos, PUDs, 2-4 units) only as investment/non-owner occupied properties (except for 2-4 units, owner can live in one of the units).  These are income earning properties and are done as commercial loans on a commercial loan application.  Thus the portion of Dodd/Frank that requires "verification of the capacity to repay back the loan" does not apply.  Please send me your email address (I couldn't find one on your website from below).  Thank you.
