Stated Residential Loan Program.....INVESTORS & OWNER OCC's

As you probably already know, I have had decent success from the Real Estate Finance page. I try to keep you informed of all of the changes that we make. Whether it be adding new programs, discontinuing existing programs, or just updates or information about the charities we support. 

In keeping with that I would like to present our newest program. 

We are now financing Residential Properties. Max LTV is 70%. Borrowers must establish an LLC (as we are technically a Commercial Lender) and the property must close in the name of that LLC. Max Loan Amount = $1M, Min Loan Amount = $150K. Required Documents to close and fund are 1003 (Loan Application), Credit Report (must have 650+), and Appraisal (we will order). Again, this program is for both Owner Occupied & Non Owner Occupied properties.
