These are going to be remodeled fix up for affordable rental homes for the legally blind.

My investor JV partner never funded just left to do another project.

Please help me - I am suppose to close in 2 weeks.

It can be one investor per home or one investor for all four.

801 closing $52,000.00

203 closing $52,500.00

1017 closing $82,000.00

1103 closing $92,000.00

subtotal $278,500.00

They can be first lien position send directly to title companies.

We will pay them off in full plus roi at funding within 90 days.
