PROGRAM 1 (20% Lian-To-Value) Surety:
If 100% Project financing is required then this option is ideal to raise he project funding. The point on this program is that the lender requires a cash suety for a period of 2 years equal to 20% of the requested LTV (Loan-To-Value) amount. The Suety is returned to borrower at he end of two years.
> The minimum loan value = UAS $20M ans a maximum of USD $1B.
> The currency choice is Euro or United States Dollars.
> The Interest Rate will be One Year LIBOR (1%).
> The Loan Term will not exceed 10 years.
> A grace period of up to 24 months can be included in the loan term.
> Equity is negotiated and assigned to the lender ( min 29%-max 49% option to buy back after 2 years)
> POF = 20% of LTV.
>COST =20% LTV deposited for 2 years in a joint account after Compliance Approval.
> Process min 45 - max 60 Banking Days after Singing Contract Agreement.
PROGRAM 2 (10% Trust Account)
Our private lender has direct communication with a Higher Level Authority and Executive Trustee of a trust based in America and Europe that has been established for many years.
> They prefer commercial construction projects or PFI (Private Initiatives ). Min loan $20M.
> First charge over Project plus an equity share.
> 10% of the loan sum must be deposited with the Trust Fund for a term of the loan, repayable.
> We can assist Borrower to obtain the major portion of the applicable Cash Deposit through PPP.
> Generally US or Euro Dollars is the preferred currency.
> The Loan can be up t0 12 years.
> Equity Requirements of between min 29% to max 49% - lower the Applicant has existing equity in thee project
> Zero interest for this loan.
> Loan-to-Value of up to 100% of cost.
> 10% POF of LTV.
> Process 45-60 Banking Days after Singing Contract Agreement.
PROGRAM 3 (10% Loan-To-Value)
This funding system setup by our Private Investors. The 10% of LTV must be placed into escrow account or Block Fund mutually agreed upon. Minimum is $1o Million US Dollars. There is NO MAXIMUM LIMIT. The competitive financing products from institutional lenders for commercial properties, green & humanitarian projects, our private investors will provide funding and hard money: 100% funding offering. Ounce our private investors have an interest in the project , a term sheet will be sent to the client and afterwords a conference call will be setup to discuss the loan terms. After both parties agree on the terms a meeting will arrangement will begin between investor and client.
