Off Market SFR Homes Needs a JV Partner

Would someone be interested in a JV partnership with my client?
They have a opportunity to purchase $300m off market 1000 SFR homes in Oklahoma around 70% from a investment partner group portfolio. If you can purchase them in four tranches every 3 months. First tranche is 340 homes for $110m. They would handle all the day to day operations, manage it, lease them and sell them.
