I have 30 years experience with successful acquisitions in numerous States around the Southeast. My experience is very thorough in all aspects of Real Estate. I have numerous purchases of distressed commercial property well below market value with great tenants in place. I also have 70% funding at 2%, 30 year amortization with 2 points in line. I need the cash to close the deals and can exit the investor out from the 13th month to the 36 month. I will pay a 9% return on the capital plus a pro-rata back-end equity stake.
