Do you use LinkedIn.com?

LinkedIn.com is a professional business networking website that has over 870 MILLION MEMBERS!

There was a time back in 2009 to 2014 where I was using LinkedIn literally every single day. I actually used LinkedIn to put the first several thousand members in this website back in 2013. Back then LinkedIn had maybe 100 million members. It is now one of the largest websites on the internet today, and by far the largest pure business networking website online. Here is the point of this post:

LinkedIn has groups, similar to Facebook, Real Estate Finance, and many other large websites. About a dozen years ago, I created several LinkedIn groups, all related to Real Estate Investing and Real Estate Funding. Over the years these have grown. Grown very large! LinkedIn groups function in many ways like this very website (Real Estate Finance): You can post whatever you want, make new connections, invite or delete people from your LinkedIn groups.

Well, I no longer use LinkedIn, and have not been a big personality on there for several years yet I still own these groups. They are very large groups, bigger than this website, and are an amazing way to market and network for you and your business, especially if it relates to real estate investing and real estate funding. As I said, I no longer use LinkedIn, yet I have very large LinkedIn groups that I own. My point of this post is that these groups are not doing me any good since I don't really use the site. I would like to sell these groups to someone that wants to increase their own business. Do you have a use for these very large LinkedIn business groups?:

Use the links I included to view the groups. Real Estate Investors Referral Network is the prize and one of the larger real estate investing groups on LinkedIn.com. Usually about 7 people request to join each day. Today, 21 people requested to join that one group alone. My point with that is that these groups I own, that are now for sale, are still growing very fast. By comparison, about 3 people join this website (Real Estate Finance) per week.

* I should probably add... these groups are worth money. They can completely change your business if you use them daily. Two of these groups are much larger than this very website, which I could easily sell for $250,000 or more any time.
