I am going to explain the most professional way to go about setting up your Google accounts period. You must create a Google Plus profile first. If you are familiar with Facebook or Twitter you should no problems setting up your first Google Plus Account. You need to add your profile picture and some content to let Google know that you are a real person and the direction of your business. THIS IS NOT A GOOGLE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT - This is the FIRST STEP.

Once you create your google plus profile and complete it, you will now have the option to create a page, your business page. You want to make sure that you create your business page under your google plus profile. This gives you many options for user management and to control the account.

All you need to do is click the link and enter your Name,address,phone number and your website link with content about your business. Google will then send you a PIN post card that you will have to enter to get verified. This will take no more than 5 business days.
