- Dager Construction is a licensed Florida contractor that has been involved in property and land development for 12 years. We are interested in a business relationship with investors/financiers to; purchase, rehab then resell distressed/REO properties for profit in Central Florida. We have completed a business plan and are ready to implement it in the Greater Orlando area. As the contractor we will complete the rehab and list the property for sale.
We have established a relationship with 2 agents to list and show the properties. We would like to start with 1-4 properties, building to 15-20 properties within a cycle.
