$500 Million Availabe - All Asset Classes-Non Recourse

One of my capital partners told us today and they just received 500 million from the parent company for disbursement. They are looking for deals 5 million and up in ALL assets classes, stabilized properties for purchase, refi and/or cash out. Pricing will fall in the mid 4’s for terms of 5-7 years and be non -recourse!
