I bought a single family residential property in mid- December 2022 via seller financing. The rate is 7.2% and there is a $200 admin fee monthly. I am looking for a 30 year term and refinance of $124K. I bought the property for $149K and put $25K down on it. It is rented for $1650 per month and I clear ~$500 on a monthly basis.
