land, fronting a beach with gray and white sand,
the land is full of many kinds of trees like coconut,star apple, mangumes, and the land is huge to put up more natural development. It is near the town terminal and market area of Puntabaja,Rizal,Palawan.
One of the remarkable feature of this place is nature itself, on some area with rocks on beach south side, then a huge sun set I have ever seen and stars in the night, and the sound of the waves itself calms me.
I really hope that we can attract investors to help me or partner with me to develop this place and promote it to be another tourist destination in our Province of Palawan,Philippines, considered as the last frontier of the world and where you will see wild animals, tropical fruits, waterfalls,hotsprings, and mountains, and sea foods. Come and experience the simplicity of life here.
