Grand Street Enterprises LLC http://www.grandstreetenterprises.com
Since 2002, we have been buying distressed homes, fix and resell. We have taken profits and bought 2 duplexes and 7 unit apartment. We have employed a conservative “plant a bean, pick a bean” investing approach while we were mastering the real estate business. We have a great track record which we are proud of. Have two established banking relationships that have provided 4 secured business loans of which 3 have been satisfied by payment in full. We know we are more than ready to take our business to the next level plus. We want to allign with a money investor who is interested in growing their investment portfolio with more real estate. An investor whom does not have the “ know how” or time to be active, but has the funds to make exciting things happen. We will continue our conservative approach in selection and management style.
So over the last year we have been using our experience to form strategic real estate partnerships with other investors to expand our businesses exponentially. We now have a new business in place and ready to launch. Our plan is a diversified real estate investment portfolio approach designed with focus on wealth building strategies and solid cash flows. The company is based in Virginia and organized as an LLC in the State of Wyoming. We will buy and manage residential and multi-family real estate, mobile home parks, and commercial properties for cash flow, and appreciation. We have a completed business and marketing plan with an operating framework in place for the company and are looking to plug in a money partner that will participate as both an equity partner and secured private lender to the business or could opt as secured private lender for each acquisition. We need $10M or more available to achieve maximum diversification and to get the growth engine working at peak performance. Contact me if you are our money person, tell us what you need and we will show you how we can make it happen.
