What I am looking for is a reliable source of funds for various types of projects in California/nationwide. I am a retired banker turned mortgage broker/banker/real estate broker looking to expand loan production on commercial loans. There is a thirst for funding bank turndowns in this economy and I have been sent bank turn downs directly from the bankers that I know. I analyze business plans and can underwrite loans. I only take the ones that I know should be funded but got turned down by other bankers.
