The following will give you a little idea on what we are doing in the market currently:
• UC Funding has closed 600 million in deals in the last 18 months.
• Bridge, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity
• 80-90% LTC/LTV sometimes higher.
• Note purchases, REO's, distressed and non-distressed assets.
• Financing of note purchases.
• Size- $3M to $30M on any one deal but can go higher depending on the deal
• Terms no longer than 3 years
We now lend Nationwide. Our minimum loan amount for the West Coast is $8-10million.
We also can provide bridge lending for a HUD approved multi family loan that is waiting for HUD to process and fund the loan.
We are a non-recourse lender.
Usually only in the contingent United States, however, will look at North America
