We are Triple Diamond Homes LLC and we are located in Minneapolis/ Saint Paul Metro area. I am Dennis and you can contact me at investors@triplediamondhomes.com or 612-412-1199 I am looking for at least ARV 80% and willing to pay 8% on your funds. We work high end homes in the area so the minimum value on a deal is about $250,000.00 for As-is-price before the rehab. Lender goes on title in first lender position.
