My story: Short and sweet.
I had dreams and goals to succeed in life. But had no one to make that possible My passion was Real Estate for over 20 years. In 2013 started an LLC and in 2014 went through a company who got funding for me in credit cards. Nov 19 2014 my husband and I went to the county tax auction. We did get a condo for $29k and spent about 6k in repairs and sold in 2016 for $45k before my husband passed away from cancer. I could not sell the property until the 1 year period was up. Struggling to find funding for the next project. Hoping to find a Equity JV partnership who would help to make it possible for another project. That is my goal.
