I have a project for a single unit property located at Tampa, Fl. its a short sale and we offered 90K, the comps are around 143K and the property need just paint and carpet we estimate less than 5K in repairs. I'm looking for a 70-80% LTV. Let me know if you are interested in this deal. Thanks!
