Commercial Real Estate Investor Program - Seeking $1 million +

The EMD program is earnest money deposits for the commercial properties we identify
as exceptional opportunities. The program is very simple. We utilize the earnest money
deposit to secure commercial real estate properties for purchase. Once we secure the
property and have it in escrow, we then assign the property to a private hedge fund or
private equity firm for an agreed upon fee.

We pay the investor 12% for the usage of their capital, if the investment is $1,000,000.
The time frame for the investment is 6 months, which allows us the necessary time to
