I currently have info about $3b of CA assets at 62-66 cents on the dollar. I am direct to the rep. This tape included SFR REOs, NPNs, PNS, Commercials. Minimum buy at this price is $20MM. $5M price per asset will be slightly higher, maybe 67-70 cents on the dollar.

Starting next month Bulk sales will be ended up as each buyer will have to complete REHAB of the assets they purchased in bulk. New law will be passed in Congress next month, to create jobs and stabilize neighborhood prices. (877)570-5594 or email ag29577@gmail.com
