International Commercial Real Estate Deal Opportunity:
A couple of international deals were brought to me by an agent, I was able to get one in the funding process with a private trust only because it fit their minimum of 100 million dollars.
However, the other deal is 3 million for a DR project is on the table.

I have a Client in the Hotel industry seeking to obtain a loan of $750k to purchase the land in Illinois and takeout will come after he has the land from Hilton and or a tax incentive program where he can get an advance on.
