Will anyone lend up to 55-60% LTV on land in Southern California?

I have one smaller deal currently, but have turned down a handful. 

Looking to build a relationship with someone if possible to send these to instead of turning them down as we are not able to get them done in-house. I also get some outside of CA that we cannot do if you can.

Are you only looking for direct lenders?I'd be interested in seeing what you've got on the table.  Might be able to help you, depending on what the land deal looks like.  I don't think we're connected, but I've had some back and forth with one of your managing partners, Andrew Yim on Linkedin, but we have yet to talk.  I'm not a direct lender, but I have access to and many established lender relationships, for requests in and outside of CA.
