WHO NEEDS COMMERCIAL FUNDING? FROM THE OWNER OF REAL ESTATE FINANCE

I am still doing loans and am happy to provide funding for any legitimate transaction that makes sense. I have the sources and the experience. Unfortunately, even though I receive several inquiries PER DAY because of this website, most inquiries say something like this: "I need to refinance a property in Kansas. Please let me know what you can do". Yes, I received that exact message this week, and about 15 others like it. Guys, I want to help ALL OF YOU with the funding you need but please send a professional request. You all know I own this website and obviously know investment real estate funding more than almost anyone (maybe a few exceptions but not many). If you need funding, please send an Executive Summary. ANY funding source will need one whether a lender or broker. We need details on the property, if commercial we need a Proforma (look it up on Google please), property characteristics, an address, is the property producing income, if not why not, is rehab needed, what is the building used for, what are your own qualifications as a Borrower, your credit score, have you owned other investment properties before... Please provide some basic details and I will work my butt off helping to get you the funding you need!

This is not a rant at all but any legitimate funding source will need details on the property and on you as a potential client and borrower.
