We don't have a Featured Member this month but starting in February there will be some HUGE changes!
1) Featured Members will get the same amount of posts each month on this website, usually about 7-8 Email Blasts all about you per month but starting February 1st will also include:
2) LinkedIn.com! If you do not follow me on LinkedIn please do so under the name Monty Yeager. There is only one Monty Yeager in the world so it is pretty easy to find my profile. For those of you that do not know it... I personally own and manage some of the largest real estate groups on LinkedIn.com. For proof I have copied 3 of the 11 LinkedIn.com groups I currently own and have copy/pasted them with their membership base amounts below.
3) Starting next month the monthly Featured Member on this website will get the usual 7-8 or so personal Email Blasts each month but will also include a minimum of 3 posts in each of the groups listed below on LinkedIn.com. LinkedIn.com has over 450 Million members and the first two groups of the three listed below are both in the top 50 largest LinkedIn real estate groups. This is massive exposure if you want to increase your loan business!
If the monthly Featured Member can't close at least one or two loans a month with this exposure then being a Loan Officer is probably not the best career path for your future. Just being honest. This feature is all about increasing your loan business. Featured member including everything listed above is only $100 per month starting February 1st. That is easily the best cost per promotion you will find in the funding business! For the cost of a business lunch at a nice restaurant you get exposure in front of over 70,000 professionals in our business!
I have also recently signed up for a Canva Premium Membership to make flyers which you have seen me use recently to advertise my own funding. If you would like me to make you customized flyers that I personally create for you, the cost of everything above plus the addition of extremely professional Mortgage Marketing Flyers increases from $100 a month to $250 a month but you can then use the flyers I create for you for your own marketing forever which is invaluable!
What am I trying to do? Just make this website a little more profitable than the advertising I currently offer while giving you, the valuable members much more bang for your advertising dollars. Why not use my huge LinkedIn.com presence to make myself a few extra dollars a month?
I need a Featured Member for the month of February to start this great new advertising promotion. Who wants it? Just message Admin (the Blue Shield). I had someone waste my time last month causing me to no longer have a January Featured Member so from now on payment needs to be made upfront to reserve the spot. $100 a month for huge exposure on this site and LInkedIn.com or $250 for everything above plus the flyers. ANY of you can take advantage so if you like my own flyers I send out (that have gotten me a lot of business this month) but can't create the same quality for yourself then pay me $75 and I will make your flyer and you can then post it everywhere you like on this website and any other site you like, forever! A copy of a few of my own flyers are attached so you can see what you think. They work great for getting funding requests!
