A brand new 202 room first class spa resort on a superb beachfront location in a South Pacific country with plenty of land for expansion and future development.

I have spent 25 years actively and successfully marketing the South Pacific and so I understand the market and know the potential that this unique opportunity presents.

Initial forecast financials show a very good return - these were based on 30% equity contribution.

The total project investment cost will be in the range of US$70-80 million.

An equity partner that has both the finance capability and ideally practical experience in resort development would probably be the ideal partner.  

In other words someone who brings something else to the table other than just "we have finance" - but I am not ruling anything out.

My key role is as "the project facilitator" and longer term - "the marketing expert". I am not an experienced developer and so need the "right expert/experienced partner".

The resort will be managed by a hotel management company (not yet selected) and so there is a possibility that a hotel organisation may be a good equity partner.

A 14 page more detailed presentation is available but i would only propose sending this to those who are genuinely interested and seem to be the "right fit" and after signing a Non Disclosure Agreement.
