I'm seeking a loan to start a rehab project. I have one potential property I'm interested in flipping. I can give you the links to it, if interested. I haven't seen the property in person. Based on homes with similar layouts,I have floorplans and designs ready for it. I also have a team in place for the rehab. I've also estimated the cost of rehab and estimated the value of the property after rehab with the help of a real estate agent. Hillsborough, NJ is a desirable Town to live in.
