I am seeking funding for 4 homes 3 have long-term tenants the other is move in ready for tenants.

House #1: $26,000 2br vacant.

House #2:    $47,500. 3 br   Occupied. $625/month

House #3: $45,500 2+ br   Occupied $630/month

House #4:   $49,000 3+ br   Occupied. $625/month
All currently rented houses have tenants 1-5 years.
All tenants are current (rent).

My Assistant emailed you directly by email but I was wondering which state these rentals are located in? I can only finance in California as this is where I am licensed.
