RV Park Short Term Loan to Long Term Loan Request in Branson, MO

Hi,

I am a licensed mortgage broker and I have a client that wants to buy an RV park in Branson, MO with 43 units. Purchase price is $1,125,000 with total rehab of $2,402,080. They wish to have a hard money loan at around 10% interest only payments for 12 months then they will refinance the loan amount of $3,527,080 with 20% down. I have the property memorandum for the lender ready to go.
