Rehab funding with rates starting at 8.75%
My name is Lisa. I am the Admin for this website and I also broker loans. I have a lender that just lowered their rehab rates to a starting rate of 8.75% with a 680 score, 8.99% with a 640 score. This is for residential nonowner-occupied 1 to 4 units. Available in 48 states. Sorry, no Michigan or Alaska.
Loan amounts from $400,000 to $2,000,000
Term is 12 months and all payments will be I/O
