Hi Gregory, 

If you fall into any Real Estate in Northern CA requiring Hard Money loans, then let me know!  I've been working with many Investors since 1990 and they are interested in doing RE investings.  Majority prefer the 180 days but some are fine with shorter times.  Only requirement is doing the loan based on equity or at least 25% downpayment for a purchase.
