I am always thinking of ways to help other Mortgage Brokers and Lenders do more loans. Over the years I have been able to put myself in the position where I can pretty much find viable loans whenever I want based on owning this website and knowing how to do marketing that other people will respond to. We all see that on this and other funding websites there is much less activity now than there was a few years ago. What I also see from my own Email Blasts is that even though less people view this website than when interest rates were much lower, I have been getting many more responses from my own email blasts than ever before. Men, wear a dress shirt and sportscoat in your videos. Ladies, a nice blouse or sweater would be great in a video like this. You want to make a good professional impression without overdoing it.

* Have me send out a link to your video marketing in an Email Blast with a title along the lines of: "Investment Financing LLC - Your best option for Nationwide Funding"
