Need funding immediately for a client in Louisiana for a higher LTV

Hi everyone, I am seeking funding for a client in Louisiana who needs funding for the purchase of a single family home and rehab costs, the LTV is more around 70-75% though. He has some of his own money to put down but doesn't want to have to put down a lot, and wants to keep the rates low. He does have good credit too.
