I have a property I would like to purchase in Naples, Fl. Purchase price is just over $400,000. I will be putting down 20%. I want to find the lowest interest rate possible for long term financing, ideally 30 years but I would consider a 7 or 10 year ARM if the rate was lower.
I am an experienced investor and currently own several rentals. My credit scores are 728, 714, 688. Debt ratio is an issue since I own so many properties so I cannot use my own bank.
Who can offer me the lowest interest rate on this loan?

Rate is not great and I will be refinancing the property next year but I had to get under contract quick so I made a quick decision.
