Have two buyers with stable income, but credit hiccups, looking to purchase owner-occupied residential homes. Both have divorce items on credit reports that were not their responsibility. Both have found homes they like between $100k and $130k. Need financing.
Obviously it's going to depend on how bad these credit hiccups are and what the exact scores are, but if looking to go conventional (as you have not specified) for these scenarios, I would contact this guy: He knows his stuff really well with regards to residential lending, and lends in all 50 states.

If the middle credit scores are above 620, I can help. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator for Vantage Point Bank and can offer conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing. If there are any judgments, they have to be satisfied. Bankruptcies have to be cleared as well, unless it's ch. 13. Ch. 13 has to be current on repayment plan with no late payments for at least a year. If they fall into the above mentioned, let's chat.
