Hello, I`m looking for funding source base on the equity of the property, this funding would be used  to purchase discounted properties for fix and flip in the Columbus area.

Thanks for responding to me request, I have one property that I purchase and  fully rehab. I would like to know if you do any refinancing ? I would like to keep it for a few years and rent it out. The goal is to get me money out to continue purchasing other properties.
