We are looking for Investor(s) to assist with the continuance of Sheep Mountain Estates. We are currently seeking Investor(s) to assure this project can move forward. Which 100k would satisfy everyone  as lot sales take over. We are also looking for an Investor(s) for 1,000,000 which would pay off the loan and all other money owed. This should have been a two year project. My father passed away as the property was finished being developed. We had a bad Realtor who kept the offers and asked the bank if they would foreclose on the property so he could purchase it and sell the lots himself. Now we have a great Realtor who already has offers on numerous lots. This is still a short term project and a three year at most to complete. We are hoping someone can help us.
