Since I accept no upfront fees, I carefully review executive summaries, first. If I feel it is something that I like and am willing to devote time to but, simply need more information in order to decide, I will request additional information - HOWEVER - if you have supporting information you feel may be helpful, please include that with the ES (I just don't want people "dumping" files on me). If you have spent time qualifying the deal and are looking for funding, if I accept the deal, I will already have discussed it with the proper potential place most likely to fund the transaction. I only deal directly with the principal. You can be protected any way you like. You will ALWAYS be kept in the loop.

I'll do all the work from buying and reselling to retail buyers who will use this as their home as Primary Residence. If you accept and fund My deal immediately we can constantly buy and resell it. I will share the profits with you.
You can make more money that way as well. just because Real Estate is the best industry to make money no matter what country a person may invest. It is unfortunate for in the United States, but things will get better and it always does if not sooner than later for sure.
If you fund My deal, I cannot guarantee what percentage you will make because, at this time don't know what the Buyer will do to negotiate their deal and what appraisal value comes back for the retail price as the buyer does its own Due-Diligence.
