Area of Interest:  Primarily North America with consideration of some international markets. 

Terms: Short-6-36 months with two 6 month extensions available.

             Long-20-30 years

LTV: 65%-100%.  Please note that this varies per transaction and is based on risk and possible equity a client may already have on land.

Interest:  Starts at 4%.

Fees: Start at 1% but this also varies by transaction.

JV:  Considered on a deal by deal basis.
