Great Student Housing Asset in Texas in need of short-term financing

Good morning,

We are a Texas based multifamily acquisition company that has recently placed a fantastic student housing asset under contract in East Texas. It is currently only 75% occupied and in need of new ownership/management as well as capital improvements (about $575k worth).  We have a very strong relationship with the University and athletic department that will allow for us to reposition this property quickly. 

We are in need of a lender that can help us take this down quickly, rehab it, and then refinance the property with 18 months for long term debt.
